H42G Discipleship

Participants will engage in a 40-session discipleship curriculum delivered weekly in small huddles of 4-6 people. The program is fully virtual and open to believers aged 18 and above.

The H42G Discipleship Program is a 10-month coaching and mentorship initiative designed to deepen participants' personal spiritual growth and enhance their leadership skills. The program focuses on five core areas:

At H42G, one of our core missions is to come under the local church to help build sustainable children's, youth, and young adult ministries. Our Ministry Restructuring Consultation takes a personalized, advisory approach, providing hands-on guidance to support ministry teams in developing effective structures and systems that enhance both impact and resource efficiency.

If you are a ministry leader in one of these areas and are looking to build a sustainable structure or implement new systems, our team of experienced consultants is ready to partner with you. We will work closely with you to assess your ministry’s current framework, identify areas for growth, and establish thriving, sustainable ministries that will serve your congregation for years to come. The duration of this consultation will vary based on the specific needs and scope of work within each ministry, ensuring a tailored approach to long-term success.

Assessment of Current Frameworks:

The process begins with an initial consultation to evaluate and understand the current structures and systems your church has in place. This meeting will help determine where our team can best support you and guide the development of a strategic implementation plan

Restructuring Implementation Plan:

Your team will receive a customized restructuring manual broken down into phases, with each phase designed to be implemented over a 3-5 week period. The specific focus of each phase will vary depending on your ministry’s starting point and unique needs.

Follow-Up Meetings & Ongoing Support:

We will walk alongside you as you implement changes and introduce new systems, providing weekly or bi-weeklyfollow-up meetings. These sessions will offer guidance, accountability, and adjustments as needed to ensure a smooth transition and long-term effectiveness.

Church Planting Training

If you are sensing God’s call to plant a church to reach new communities with the Gospel we invite you to join our Church Planting Training Program—a Spirit-led, practical journey designed to equip and support emerging church planters for faithful and fruitful ministry.

This training is for those who are ready to begin the church planting process and are seeking personalized coaching and spiritual guidance along the way. We are deeply convinced that church plants thrive and bring lasting fruit when they are birthed in partnership with a sending (mother) church, reflecting the New Testament model of mission. (Acts 13:1–3) This training will be led by Pastor Tesfai (PT), a seasoned church planter, mentor, and coach who brings both wisdom and experience to this journey.

One-on-One Coaching:

Begin with personalized sessions with PT to help you clarify your call, refine your vision, and discern next steps.

Team Development

As your journey progresses, your core leadership team will be invited into the process. Together, you will grow in unity, spiritual maturity, and strategic focus to prepare for launching a new church community.

Practical Tools & Spiritual Formation:

You’ll receive hands-on training in church planting strategy, leadership development, and community engagement—all grounded in biblical principles, prayer, and Spirit-led discernment. This is not merely a program—it is a journey of obedience, community, and Kingdom multiplication.
